This isn’t about decorating. It’s about discovering. BLLIS is a guided interior design journey — from understanding what your space is currently doing, to building something intentional.
Grounded in the four ingredients of the “Aesthetic Mindset” (curiosity, playful exploration, sensory exploration, and intentional making and beholding*), BLLIS leaves you with more than a space that feels good. It leaves you with a mindset tied to well-being, resilience, longevity and deeper thinking.

The Journey to Bring Life Love Into Spaces (aka BLLIS)
1. CONNECT
Get to know one another
We walk through the process together and begin talking about your vision. There is no assessment yet — just a genuine conversation about your space and what you want it to feel like. You are the curator of this experience from the very first moment.
We open the doors to thinking outside of the traditional interior design box.
2. VISION
Gather all the perspectives
You complete the BLLIS Intro Questionnaire — observational, behavioural, and physiological. You capture your own experience and that of your clients. You create a layout of the space, send photos and videos, and share visuals and words that represent your North Star: what you want this space to become.
Life’s more fun when you shoot for the stars — and your North Star becomes our aim.
3. EXPLORE
See the gap clearly
Together in Miro, we explore your space zone by zone — sense by sense — physical and emotional. We look honestly and curiously at the gaps between your current experience and your ideal. No judgment. Just clarity about what is, and what could be.
The invisible becomes visible. Vague discomfort becomes an addressable, nameable gap.
4. LEARN
Understand why, not just what
With a clear vision and clear gaps, we explore the design techniques proven to impact health, wellbeing, and emotional experience. From Biophilic design and neuroaesthetics, to color theory and space flow. You leave this session understanding the science — not just a list of things to move.
You gain a framework you can use for the rest of your life — in every space you inhabit.
5. “WHITE PAINT”
Make room for something new
Sometimes the simplest step is the hardest. Before new things can arrive, old things need to go. We identify what to let go of — physically and energetically — to create a clean slate for your vision to take shape.
From decluttering to creative leaps, “White Paint” symbolizes letting go and creating space for the unknown.
6. CO-CREATE
Build the plan together
Drawing on everything we've learned, we co-create a detailed, accessible action plan. What stays. What shifts. What comes in. The plan is designed to be implemented in reality — not just beautiful in theory. Because you've been part of every step, this plan is yours.
You don't receive a plan. You co-author one. That difference determines whether it actually happens and change sustains.
7. MAKE IT HAPPEN
Feel the impact in real time
The plan comes to life. You experiment, observe, and feel what shifts. New rules can be made along the way — if something doesn't feel right, change it. Throughout this step we revisit the questionnaire and track short-term impact. Person, space, dialogue. Attune and optimize.
You are not left alone with a document. You are supported through the lived experience of change.
8. SHARE
What happened? Celebrate and plant seeds.
We reconnect to share experiences, celebrate wins, and reflect on what shifted — and what didn't. Did the Vision come to life? We plant seeds for where BLLIS can take you next — in your practice, and in your clients' spaces.
Your transformation becomes a story. And stories, when shared, become someone else's possibility.
