Our spaces impact how we flow through our days in significant ways.

Interior Space Education, Evaluation & Design Consulting
Going beyond the looks and into the health impact of interior design.

Spaces are life. Love yours.

90% of our lives are spent indoors*

Bring Life Love Into Spaces (BLLIS) believes feel-good spaces are a basic right, not an exclusive one, and that we can change our lives through our spaces.

Impact, accessibility and simplicity are top of in mind while reducing the time, money and effort it takes to create spaces that bring out the best in people, quantifiably, by focusing on what works.

Quantifiable Design

There’s a science to feel-good interior spaces and nature is at the heart of it.

The design principles and developing fields foundational to the BLLIS Journey.

THE MOST MOVING INTERIOR DESIGN TRENDS COME FROM CLIENT STORIES

THERAPY OFFICE SPACE

“The feeling that I have is the feeling of possibility. This process has ignited an excitement within me about how my space is designed and how that can contribute to my business. After the changes, I had the best session with a client, best being we really got through some stuff... I feel different. I feel energetically calm in the space. I like it better.”

Kathleen, Ontario (Canada)

THERAPY OFFICE SPACE STATS

- Practice enrollment increased by 30% within weeks following space changes

- In-person attendance increased by 20% (50% to 60% in-person sessions)

RESIDENTIAL SPACE

“It’s not the decoration in itself, it’s the flow and feeling within the space.

Did not know where to begin, felt overwhelmed, and lacked the energy for the task. It took a while to absorb the concept, but then it all made sense, the flow started, and the changes were finally happening.

It is still a work in progress, but the impact is huge, and the main concepts have been learned and will be used in the future. We are quite happy. Thank you Lyndsay!”

Ana, Lisbon (Portugal)

RESIDENTIAL SPACE STATS

- Space utilization increased by 50% (67% to 100%)

The Journey to BLLIS

A nine phase online space exploration that focuses on designing for ideal moods, emotions, and experiences, while making the most of what is already there.

The journey starts with a Connect and ends with a Share, with an in between that will forever change the way you experience spaces.

Connect

In this (free) introductory meeting, we will get to know one another, discuss the goals within your space and explore our partnership possibilities.

Collect

Through an intro questionnaire and space exploring exercises, we will officially kick-off our journey by collecting perspectives for us to explore.

Explore

We will take what has been collected to explore the current vs. ideal physical and emotional aspects of your space, as well as experiences, to start creating a “Run of Flow” towards your Vision.

Vision

Together we will outline a Vision of what your future space and day-to-day experiences can look and feel like.

Create Space

Clean, clear and declutter - this is where white space is created to make room for your Vision.

“I remember starting this project with you, initially feeling a sense of defeat in this tiny, one-bedroom apartment of mine. I was not aware that the clutter in my space was wafting an air of stress. I told myself the clutter was "functional," when it actually made me dread entering the kitchen where I need to work the most. I dreaded the dining room too, which is where I wanted to work on multiple creative projects but just couldn't bring myself to spend time in the room. The reality is, it was a dysfunctional space. I was resigned to the idea that this is the nature of small apartments: Essence of claustrophobia. You showed me I was wrong.

— Abby, Intensive Care Unit Nurse, Ohio (United States)

Learn

In this session, we will explore the senses through various design techniques that impact health and well-being, moods and emotions - with creative brainstorms along the way.

Co-Create

After a moment to digest new lessons learned, we will come back together to harmonize phases one thru five to create a detailed action plan for your space that is accessible and intentional.

Make It Happen

This is where you start bringing the plan to life, experiment and feel the impact of the changes every step of the way.

Share

What happened? What brought life/love into your space? Did your Vision come to life? Share your experiences and celebrate wins while we plant more seeds to BLLIS.

Free time changes: From Netflix to applying for a new job, restarting meditation practice, restarting reading poetry, and starting “soul-inspiring” creative projects.
